So let's use this tactic to spur growth in building body. Let's take an instance of a six-week training period. Your body can just stand such an abundance 'offense', or high intensity, from your workouts. During the first 2 weeks of high-intensity training yourself adjusts its defenses to pay for the offense. In weeks less than 6 your body adapts into the offense by gaining muscles tissue. At about week six you hit the wall, or a plateau. Overtraining and exhaustion set because cortisol levels creep up and fight your Testosterone Booster levels.
